Okay, so i haven't posted in a while so i thought i would post two to make up for it!! These muffins my husband found on the internet, but we couldnt get enough! They stayed moist and yummy for like a week! The biscuits below are on the bisquik box but i make them ALL the time because they are so good... and i also add lots of garlic to them!!
Blueberry Muffins
1 ½ c. flour
¾ c. sugar
½ tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1/3 c. veggie oil
1 egg
1/3 c. milk
1 c. fresh blueberries
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and grease muffin cups.
Combine flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder. Place veggie oil into a 1 cup measuring cup; add the egg and enough milk to fill the cup. Mix this with flour mixture. Fold in blueberries. Fill muffin cups right to the top.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until done.
Cheese Garlic Biscuits
2 cups bisquick
½ cup shredded cheese
2/3 cup milk
Stir ingredients until soft dough forms.
Drop by spoonful onto greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 450 for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. Mix tsp. butter (melted) and 1/8 tsp garlic
powder and brush over warm biscuits.
