Hamburger Stroganoff

I have not put this on because I kind of thought everyone probably already knows this recipe. Then my sister called the other day and asked how I make this dish? So I figured maybe not everyone knows and it is one of our families favorites. Super Easy!!

Brown 1 lb hamburger and strain
Saute mushrooms in a little butter (optional I also sometimes saute onions too)
add 1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 16 oz. tub of sour cream (you don't have to use all of it I just do it to taste)
1/4 to 1/2 cup milk
a few squirts of Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper (you can use garlic salt)
let simmer until hot all through

Serve over wide egg noodles or rice.
I put a cooked veggie with it and that's it. It is easy and tastes good.

I've used this recipe so much since you've used it. I should have just printed it off, but I'm too lazy... So I'd just find it every time. Now I pretty much have it memorized! I love it! Thanks so much for posting it!
